THE MATCH:
The inaugural Queen City Steel Challenge Championship
Presented by AimSurplus. It is an all classifier (8 stage) shot
in half day format. This is a Tier 2 Steel Challenge match,
SCSA membership is required. There are 3 sessions,
Friday AM, Saturday AM and Sunday AM. Competitors
will shoot all 8 stages in each session.
For now competitors are limited to 2 firearms per session
but if space provides as we get closer to match day.

Due to MRPC’s limited pits available, we will shoot 4 stages, take a short break, then shoot the other 4.
Staff:
If you are interested in working the match as a RO or setup/ tear down crew contact the MD at
steelchallenge@miamirifle-pistol.org for details working as match staff. MD will squad staff so
we can make sure to have adequate staffing on all squads. Let MD know any requests.
Registration & Payment:
Payment is available on Practiscore and is required to squad. If you withdraw from the match after July 31st
your refund will be minus 10%. If you withdraw after September 1st there will be no refund. Registration is $60
for each firearm. You will need to create a separate registration for each division
you are shooting. Once payment is received, you will be approved and you will be able to squad. Please ensure
that you squad all firearms you plan to shoot in a session. If the squad does not have space to accommodate all
of your divisions, you will need to select a squad that has space.
Lunch is included with registration. Additional meals for guests may be purchased from our vendor.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations before July 1st will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing fee.
Cancellations between July 1st - 30th will receive a 50% refund. No refunds after August 1st.
Prizes:
For random prize drawings, you MUST be present to win. Awards and large prize drawings
will take place immediately following the match on Sunday. We will have awards for all divisions,
classes, and categories, based on the number of entries as per the rulebook Appendix A2. You do
not have to be present to win your placement award or trophy. Awards/trophies can be shipped for
a fee of $10 or hand them to a proxy of your choice who can deliver them to you.
