Miami Rifle & Pistol Club

Our Facilities

Seven club ranges and a Clubhouse are available for use of all members.
The clubhouse offers indoor plumbing and shelter from inclement weather and is also used for club meetings and class instruction.

Clubhouse

The Clubhouse serves the members in a variety of ways including training classes, pre-match organizing and squadding, and simply informal use by the members.  Restrooms, internet access and a phone are available in the Clubhouse.  Adjacent to the Clubhouse is an open air pavilion with picnic tables for members use.

Bench Rest

The bench rest ranges is a separate range with twelve covered firing points each with a massive concrete bench to provide a stable rest for sighting-in or testing.  Targets are located at 50, 100, 150 and 200 yards.

Bowling Pin

A bowling pin range with six tables and a covered firing line is available for bowling pin competition.

Pistol-BullsEye

The pistol range has 30 covered firing points. Electrically operated turning target frames are located at 25 and 50 yards. The pistol range can also be used for smallbore rim fire rifle and black powder shooting.

Practical Pistol

Up to 8 bays across 3 ranges are available for USPSA-style practical pistol competition. Three of these bays are available for practical pistol practice, when no events are scheduled.

Multi-Purpose

The Multi-Purpose range is a covered range with three shooting bays.  Both steel targets and paper target holders are available in this range.  A wide variety of firearms are allowed with specific use for each bay.

Rifle

The high power rifle range has twelve firing points located at 200, 300, 500 and 600 yards. This facility is used for approved CMP and NRA matches as well as sporting rifle and club matches. This range is available for practice when it is not scheduled for club events.

Smallbore/Rimfire

The Smallbore range has 25 firing points with target frames that are placed at 50 and 100 yards and the range will be used for casual shooting and sanctioned matches.
